MailRaider Pro now opens Outlook OLK databases — the format used by older versions of Outlook for Mac — completing support for every major email format Microsoft has ever produced. PST archives now display their full nested folder hierarchy, so you can navigate directly to any folder within a large archive rather than loading everything at once. Bulk MBOX export preserves that folder structure, making migration to Apple Mail straightforward: open the PST, export to MBOX, import into Apple Mail, and your entire folder organisation arrives intact. AppleScript support has been comprehensively updated, and full Shortcuts integration is now available on Mac. Full-text search spans the entire archive.

MailRaider now displays the full formatting of every email it opens — fonts, colours, layout, and embedded images, exactly as the original sender composed them. Email headers are colour-coded throughout. This level of formatting fidelity was previously exclusive to MailRaider Pro; it is now available across the entire Mac range at no additional cost.

MailRaider for iOS adds voice note transcription. Outlook voice notes — stored as audio attachments inside .msg files — can now be played back and transcribed on-device using Apple’s Speech Recognition framework. Transcripts can be exported or printed alongside the audio. Headers are now colour-coded on iOS too, and a range of bug fixes improve reliability throughout.
