Simple. Just send an e-mail to email@example.com, or post a query here on this board. Do not attempt to get help by posting a bad review on the App Store (this advice applies to all software, not just mine). Bad reviews don't help me improve my software, I need a detailed error report - preferably with an attachment containing the problem file - and I will then fix your problem.
